Who we are
Member-owned and contractor-focused
The Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network (IPCN) is run for independent pharmacy contractors — owners and directors who are accountable for their businesses, their teams and their communities.
We are not a supplier forum or a corporate membership scheme. Members join to share practical experience, stay informed and strengthen the independent contractor voice where policy and contracts are decided.
How we work
IPCN is structured as a cooperative. That keeps ownership with members and keeps the network focused on contractor priorities rather than external commercial interests.
Why IPCN was formed
Experience should not stay siloed
Contractors face the same classes of problem — NHS and contractual change, regulation, workforce, finance and service development — but solutions are often discovered independently.
IPCN connects that experience deliberately: peer discussion, shared briefings and representation that reflects what owners are seeing in their pharmacies.
